There are a lot of options out there for editing images and creating graphics. Some are desktop-based, and there are others that are web-based. We’d like to know what you think the best image editing software is.

How to participate

- You must leave a valid email address when filling up the comment form so that we can contact you if you’ve won.
- You can only cast your vote once.
- Contest ends on April 1, 2009, after which comments will be disabled.
- Winners will be selected at random using a MySQL query similar to other contests.
